You are , you are , a captive of your beliefs ,
embedded in you , from the day you were born , raised by your parents .

Captive of beliefs and customs and cultures , from the day , you grew up , came to your mind and senses .

Rise from the right side of your bed , close your palms and pray for the day to go well .

Visit the place of worship , on the days , embedded in you , by your parents , traditions , society , pray to the almighty , for relief from your pain and sufferings , and , success in your life and your dear ones .

Again , firm in your beliefs , imbibed in your mind and body , do good , you will go to heaven , otherwise …..

Pray to the dear ones departed , to rest their souls , in peace .
